Roommate needed - no deposit required!

Hi!

I’m Callum, 29 years old, and looking for a housemate for my spare room located in M40 3WQ. I’m a current flatmate and rent from a private landlord. The room is available immediately, with no deposit, and yours for £800 pcm. The price pcm covers all bills, plus Spotify and Netflix!

The property itself is a 3 bedroom semi detached house with a cellar and garage (neither of which I actually use), built in oven / hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

The house is a 2 minute walk from the nearest bus stop, and from there the bus takes around 25 minutes to get to the city centre. There’s an off licence late shop and a pub within the same 2 minute walk. It’s a 15 minute walk to the nearest tram stop (Failsworth). There’s a Tesco, Aldi, Morrison’s, KFC and McDonald’s all within a 5 minute drive of the house.

The room itself comes fitted with a wardrobe / vanity unit and bedside table as shown in the pictures, and also has a mortice lock on the door. You’d just need a bed. The 3rd bedroom is currently empty but could easily be turned into an office.

I live here with my dog, a 10 year old American Akita, so regrettably I can’t accept anyone with roaming pets or allergies. He is super friendly with new people, as well as being microchipped, up to date with all flea / worm treatments and jabs.

I work Mon - Fri 08:00-16:30, alternating between 3 and 2 days per week in the office, so I don’t get up to much throughout the week aside from work, walking my dog and seeing my partner. I’m preferably looking for a long term roommate who will be in Manchester for a while, such as a young professional or uni student. Male / Female / LGBTQ+ / happily considered.
