Double Room in a 2-bedroom flat close to Uni

I am moving out of a Double Room at Sanctuary Students Grafton Street super close to University of Manchester. I have it until 10.07.2020.

I have the double room in the flat sharing with a lovely girl from who is studying MSc in International Development. She is super calm, friendly, tidy and respectful but I’m moving because I found a place I prefer.

Rent is 126 pounds per week and no deposit, bills included. If you would like to keep the room until end of August 2020 the weekly price is 118 pounds. The Staff here is super nice and helpful. I love how close this is to school and the Student Union and all life around campus and curry mile.

You can move in already this weekend (20/9)
