It's the largest room in a 4 bed house with a living room, kitchen and 2 x bathrooms. 2 minutes walking distance to the bus stop and easily accessible to UoM, MMU & city centre. Less than a 10 minute walk to hospitals. Ideal for students & young professionals. Managed by Open House South Manchester. Looking for somebody to move in asap. The house is a mixture of working young professionals and students, very quiet area and never had any issues. *Rent is due on 1st of every month. Please be aware that a deposit of £470 is also required by the landlord*
