Double room, river and woodland at end of garden

Looking for a top notch housemate for a unique and charming home. The garden has a river and woodland at the end and feels like you're in the middle of the countryside just a few miles from the city centre.

The house is a few minutes walk from the metrolink, Heaton Park and the M60.

The ground floor has been extended and there are two reception rooms both with french doors leading onto the balcony, a downstairs loo, utility and a big kitchen. The garden is a great space to be in, with an outdoor room, pizza oven and space to eat and drink by the river.

You'll be living with Tommy, the live in landlord and Layla. Our interests include hanging out in the garden, card games (monopoly deal anyone?), food, football, wine, houseplants, creative make up, crystals and music.

We're looking for someone that wants to enjoy the space as their home for a happy, chilled out place. We do enjoy hanging out and eating together but have our own space too. While we're chilled out, we do like having people over for food and games and host a couple of parties a year to have a bit of a megalash.

We're also looking for someone that chips in with keeping the place tidy and respects sleep. We keep the shared spaces clean, have a very basic rota and go to bed with a clean kitchen each night. We're not militant but we are looking for someone that doesn't eat meat or fish in the house.

The rent includes all bills as well as cleaning products, loo and kitchen roll, bin bags, dishwasher tabs and all that fun stuff. There is a charge of £50 a month additional to the rent for those that work from home full time.

The bedroom is a small room, which is reflected in the price. It currently has a double bed in but may be better suited to a single.
