Canal side town house in ancoats

A bit about us-
We’re a female couple who work full time, we have owned the house for 2 years now and absolutely LOVE where we are.
Views of the canal and everything we need on the doorstep.
We are 10 mins walk from cutting room square.
Looking for a professional to rent with us, we’re fairly private but aren’t opposed to social interaction.

The bedroom-

Lovely en-suite room facing the canal, king size bed and a double wardrobe.
As it’s a townhouse our room is in the top floor, so the room available is on a separate middle floor giving more privacy etc.
Within the room there is full access to Sky TV (except sports) , Netflix and fibre broadband.

The house-

Semi detached 4 bed house.
All bills are included (council tax, gas & electric, water etc)
We have a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need and access to the dining room/living room.
We’ve also have a lovely garden to the rear.
