Whole house to you, Ensuite double room in a house

I am moving away from Manchester so technically you would have the whole living space to yourself. I am advertising the ground floor En-suite room with a king size bed in a beautiful detached house. The ground floor has a big living room and a dinning area. There is also a large kitchen as well so while I or my family (wife and daughter) are away the whole house house will be to yourself. We are keeping the upstairs rooms for ourselves for only when we visit Manchester in summer. The house has a couple of parking spaces as well so no need to worry about parking for yourself or your visitor. There is beautiful decking at the back for BBQ etc. Bills including council tax are not included but can be included on request. I am giving a fast broadband free of charge. When I or my family members come round I would split the bills for that time. Walking distance to Tesco, Iceland, cash and carrys, and bus stops which has a straight route to the university and city center.. My preference would be a female tenant, anyone from Pakistan or India or someone who cooks halal or Veg would be more than welcome
