One double bedroom for share. It is suitable for postgraduate MS/ PhD students and professionals. So it is a place to relax and chill after a busy day.

The University, hospital and local shopping areas are all within walking distance of 5 to 15 minutes, which makes it easy to get your everyday living sorted. You can get to the city centre and Piccadilly station in 18 mins walking to the town.
By bus, it is around 5mints. (bus 192 running on Stockport road. The bus stop is less than 5mints walk), Or you can take 197 on Plymouth Grove and 50 on Upper Brook St. If you fancy walking to Oxford st which is less than a 10-minute walk, then you can take the buses 142,143 and others.

From the airport, you can get the train to Picadilly station, which takes around 20 mins.
Also, McDonald's is only a 5-minute walk, and it is open 24hrs hours.
The Curry Mile, which is full of restaurants is around 20 mins walk.
Most of the Uni buildings of UoM And MMU including the libraries are within walking distance of 10 to 20 mins on Oxford St. Also, the post office is 5 minutes away on Stockport Road from home.

The house is newly built, and we all keep it clean and tidy. Happy to show you the house and view the rooms if you are interested!

Each room comes with a bed, wardrobe, cupboard, and study table upon your request. Bills are included but sometimes especially winter time with increased consumption, an extra amount might be added according to the rate of consumption. and that will be divided among all of us.

I work as a medic in Manchester hospitals.
So most of the time, I am out covering shifts. But we can have nice times socialising, chatting and chilling. I am more of an outdoors person; then we can just walk, run, go biking and travel. I enjoy Tea, football, arts, table tennis ( big fan- a club is around ), and anything else to explore! Welcome :)
