We welcome stays from 6 weeks, our pricing starts at £275pcw for our smallest rooms. Pricing varies depending on room size but reduces for longer stays, so please get in touch if you would like to know more.

Located in Manchester’s buzzing Northern Quarter, Oppidan provides homes with private bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchenettes, along with huge shared social spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, cinema room, and living room. We also have laundry facilities on every floor.

On top of all this, Oppidan provides food and drink essentials in our shared kitchen, super fast wi-fi connection, Sky TV, and free monthly social events.
