Unite Students Bridgewater Heights in Manchester. Selling it because I thought I will be back in Manchester for my University. However, the university said that I can do the term remotely (I am an international student). The contract has started from October 2020 until the end of August 2021. Right now the room is empty and never been used by me. I am just trying to get a bit of profit despite the big loss. The rent should be 200 pounds per week. However, I am selling it for 160 per week.
