2 bed apartment near uni and centre

Hey,

I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, my current housemate is moving out at the end of the academic year (1st of august) but she is flexible and can move sooner if needs be. There is only one room available as it is sharing with me, but I'm not fussy on rooms so thought I'd put them both up.

The apartment is really nice, it has 2 good sized bedrooms and the landlady is so lovely!

The smaller one has a single bed, large triple wardrobe, study desk, small chest of drawers. £350 per month plus bills, they usually come to around 60 each per month. (This is the one in the video)

The one in the pictures has a double bed, wardrobe, cupboard wardrobe aswell and an ensuite bathroom. I haven't put up pictures of the main bathroom but it has a bath, the ones in the photos are the ensuite. This is £400 plus bills.

I would prefer a student as I don't pay council tax. If you aren't I think council tax is roughly 75 per month for one person.

I am 27 and studying mental health nursing at the UoM, I work in a secure hospital part time aswell.

I am sociable and would love someone that I can become friends with again like my current housemate, also I am busy alot so you will have space! I like the gym, yoga, food, going out, socialising, wine nights, all the usual. Love a night out aswell as a night in. Anything else just ask!
