This ad is for a double bed & furniture, with a shared bathroom/kitchen/living room (will be 3 of us in total - me, you +1 other female).

I'm a professional creative. It's a chill, very tidy household. Want long a term flatmate, however will see how we get on first.

Looking a flatmate who is sociable or quiet - fine if you want your own space or to hang out sometimes with food, cafes, Netflix, do creative things together.

Furniture includes: new double bed, mattress & bedding, bedside table, large dresser, storage boxes, mini bookshelf, 3 door wardrobe, 2 large mirrors & decorations.

Extra storage on top of wardrobe & under bed. Possibly hallway cupboard too.

You are allowed to reasonably decorate (no drilling/painting).

Smoking on the balcony only! Superfast fibre WIFI. We're respectful, responsible & tidy.

We have nice neighbours & large shared gardens - perfect for BBQ's & socialising! Also car parking & coded gates.
