The house is a short walk out of Manchester City centre, about 15 minutes walk from Picadilly Station. Situatied in the Commonwealth Village built prior to the commonwealth games being held in Manchester. The area is nice and quiet considering how close to town it is, with a small convenience store and fish & chip shop just round the corner; as well as larger supermarkets and short walk away.

I am leaving the property due to finding a place closer to where I work, but the house will consist of three other young professionals in their mid 20’s; all very pleasant and considerate guys to live with.

The house has a decent size kitchen attached on to a pretty spacious living room, with a tv, washer/dryer, dining room table, sofas and a downstairs toilet. Also downstairs is a nice sized garden which gets the sun for the majority of the day, which is an absolute delight in the summer.

The room itself is a good size, plenty of natural light and nice high ceilings. All furnished with a desk, desk chair, bed and wardrobe.
