Its a new built property in a new built clean and tidy area. We are looking for a single person. Can be working professional or a student. The house is a 3 bedroom property. I have 1 single bedroom to rent. We want someone who do not bring their party at home and we will be understanding and give him or her their deserving space. Its a really cleaned house and we want it to be maintained like that. This house is a strict no to smokers.

This property is just 5 min walk from bus stops which can take you to city centre in 15 minutes or less.
And local supermarket like Asda, Lidl, KFC and MacDonald is just 7minutes walk.

This house has a huge garden which you can view from your room window.
