I work from home, so this room would better suit someone who works outside the home most of the week (Monday to Friday). I value a chilled, respectful, and people taking care of my things as I'm willing to share.
Storage: The flat has limited storage, so it may not be ideal for someone with lots of things. No space inside for a bike or big appliances, but I truly believe there's everything you need.
Note on Appliances: We have a washing machine (but no dryer), so I tend to use drying racks, plus there's a tall radiator in the bathroom which you can use.
The room is available starting next week (with time factored in for a quick clean/prep). I'm ideally looking for a term of 6-9 months, but open to discussing your needs.
