Sadly due to work commitments I am leaving this lovely 1 bedroom flat in Fallowfield, very centrally located 15 minutes walk from Fallowfield campus, nearby park (Platts field park) 10 minutes walk away and there is also Aldi nearby.

The building is managed by plumlife and monthly admin fee included in the rent. Flat is fully furnished (sofa, fridge, TV, washing machine etc).

I have been living in the flat for 1 year and I absolutely love it. The landlord and neighbors are very accomodating and friendly. Pets considered subject to agreement with Plumlife.

Council tax band A with 25% discount if only one tenant
