Double Room Available in House Share

Hi there,

The property that I currently rent has a bedroom available as part of a full house share

We have a sizable living room connecting to the dining area, which can be seen in the photos, open kitchen, garden, bathroom with bath and three bedrooms. The one available is shown in pictures and third one is just a small office.

Property is already furnished and a queen size bed is available if one isn't already owned. Room comes with built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers for storage (4 Draws not in picture)

All bills included (inc Utilities, Council Tax and broadband)

Available at the start of January or Mid December if needed. Will need to enquire earlier to begin reference checks for the landlord
