Double room with en-suite in Northern Quarter

Gorgeous double bedroom with en-suite in Skyline Central available as my lovely current flatmate is sadly relocating. The flat is a two-bedroom flat on the 12th floor with a shared living area and kitchen and a balcony with lovely views of the city. The flat has a washer/ dryer and a dishwasher. The room available is the largest in the flat and has two built in wardrobes and an en-suite with a shower. The apartment building is in a lovely location between NOMA and Ancoats area and a five minute walk from the Arndale shopping centre and the heart of Northern Quarter. The apartment building also has an on-site gym and swimming pool with a hot tub, sauna and steam room which are all free to access for residents. There is a concierge service and the staff are so friendly which makes the building feel like a safe place to live. I am looking for not just a flatmate but someone I can be friends with too and we can explore Manchester together, go for drinks, have movie nights and order take away or go for brunch or shopping. I work from home at the moment in a 9-5 job but when I'm not working, I love Pilates, matcha, Saturday morning bakery trips, walks with my dog and going out for food and drinks. I am very sociable but also enjoy my own space too. I also have an adorable 3 year old Cockapoo who is very friendly and sociable so future tenants must be okay with living with a dog.
