The room is £460 a month bills included and the deposit is £300. There is huge drive for parking. The house is massive. There are 4 floors and the room is located on the top floor.
The other tenants are lovely , I’m sad I have to leave :( this is the only house share I’ve ever felt safe and comfortable in. They love to socialise but they’re very respectful of space and privacy at the same time.
The tenancy is 3 months with the opportunity to renew for 6 months if you want to stay.
