The house is located at 5-minute walk from the Holt Town metro station and opposite to the route 76 bus station where you could hop on a bus to the City Centre in 8 mins.

The Single room is on the 1/F of the house. Spacious single room with a share bathroom at the same floor. A wardrobe with full height mirror, bedside table and single bed are equipped.

The en-suite is on the 2/F of the house. Very spacious room with own shower and toilet. Three doors wardrobe with full height mirror, bedside table and queen size double beed are equipped.

The house comes with a shared dinning area, kitchen and a backyard garden. It also provides secured parking spaces at an additional cost. There is a charging port for electrical car (subject to extra charge).
