Double toom to rent

Hi,

we are very sociable and outgoing but also enjoy our nights in. we work 5 days a week 9-5 mainly in the office but some days work from home.

We are very clean and tidy!

we are looking to rent out our spare room on a short term basis until February as our current housemate moved out.

The place is located in miles platting which is a 5 min walk from ancoats/new Islington and 15 min walk into the city centre.

The building is new and has all necessary itens to live in it like dishwasher, fridge, washingmachine.

The bedroom has a double bed, a bedside cabinet a drawer and a TV. The available bathrooms is shared among us.
