Brand New Double Room in Flat

Looking for someone to replace MY tenancy as I am relocating for a new job! I can be flexible with the moving in date. ONLY MESSAGE IF YOU FIT INTO CRITERIA

The Flat:
The pictures shown are from the website and will try to attach a video of the room for you the flat is brand new and has only been lived in since the start of September. Comes fully furnished with open wardrobe, drawers, long desk and stool, two bed side tables and king-sized bed. You will have access to the main bathroom (pictured) just across from the bedroom. There is a large open plan living/kitchen/dining room and a large terrace just off of this.

Sharing With:
24 Y/O Female teacher who has been a friend of mine for years. She is really easy to get on with and outgoing and always clean in common areas. Some evenings and Saturday day time she might have people around for a lashing service she offers which is done from her bedroom so must be OK with this 😊

Bills:
Rent is £1080 for the flat (may be able to negotiate as this is for the smaller of the two rooms)
Electric DD is £45 each but with the gov scheme will be less.
Water £19 Each
Wifi Included in Rent
Council Tax Brand new property so TBC by council but roughly £60-70
Total roughly £665-675

Location:
There is an Asda, Retail Park, Aldi & Gym all within 10 minutes' walk of the flat. There is a bus stop directly outside of the house which gets you into the city centre in 15 mins. Alternatively, you can walk to Deansgate in 25 mins. If you have a car there are plenty of places on the streets outside or can inquire if there is space in the gated car park which is £50 a month.
