- Fully Equipped Kitchen: You'll have access to a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, where you can prepare your favourite meals.
- Lovely Garden: Enjoy the beauty of nature right at your doorstep! The house boasts a charming garden where you can unwind, have a barbecue, or simply soak up the sun.
- There is plenty of free parking and I have an EV charger if required.

About the Room:
- Double Room: The available room is spacious and comes furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and chest of draws. It provides ample space for relaxation.
- Natural Light: Large windows in the room allow plenty of natural light, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere.
- The room comes with a shared bathroom.
- There is a further room that can be used a home office, if you work form home.

About us:

- I'm Michael, I own the house. I work as a doctor. I'm looking for a roommate who is friendly, easy-going, and respectful of others' space and belongings. But mostly someone we can get along with. I enjoy going to the gym, watching sports and relaxing with with a beer. Currently I have another tenant renting one of the other rooms.
- Clean and Tidy: A clean and tidy living environment is important to me. I expect a new roommate to also maintain cleanliness. There is a cleaner who comes once a week and who will clean the kitchen, lounge and bathrooms. She won't go into your room so your privacy is maintained.

Rent and Utilities:
- Rent: The monthly rent for the room is £750
. This includes the cost of water, gas electricity, council tax, internet and the cleaner.
