My flatemate is moving out to go travelling and I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in September. I have been living in the filaments for 3 years and love it here, great friendly staff 24/7, gym access, cafe on the ground floor and a craft ale bar (Joule)
The flat comes fully furnished, the bedroom has a double wardrobe with draws in, your own big bathroom with a bath.
The flat is on the 7th floor, with a private balcony that gets the morning sunshine (when it is sunny in Mcr..)
I am clean and tidy and work in the office Monday-Friday. Looking for someone who has a similar set up and is also very clean/tidy.
There is a car parking space but it is an extra £100pcm. My current flatmate parks on a friends drive, so there are other options.
Council Tax= Band C
Electricity & Water= about £50pcm
