Me (Adam) and Ben are living in a 3 Bed apartment just on the edge of the city centre. It's part of the Alto building complex. We are looking for a fun, but sensible flatmate to fill in for our 3rd flatmate who is moving out. We are looking for a friend more than just another roommate!
The flat has a good-sized living space with a kitchen and living room, TV etc. Everything looks pretty much brand new, including the bathroom. The 3rd room has a wardrobe and desk, so you will be more than able to store all your stuff and WFH when needed!
Rent and bills will be shared equally. We are looking at about 150 a month extra on bills, council tax, etc. each.
We are looking to get someone in for the start of September.
We're open to all! GIrls, guys, lgbt etc. We just want someone cool to stay with us. 😎
