Hi, I have a spare room available on my 3 bed house that I’m looking to fill.

Located in Openshaw, just off Ashton old road, the area has great transport links into town, 1 bus takes you into Piccadilly in 15 minutes, 10 min walk to the tram stop, a retail park with a gym is only a 5/10 min walk away.

The house has all mod cons, super fast 1gb broadband, full virgin tv package, sports and movies. There are 2 bathrooms and you’d have primary use of that as well

I’m looking for a chilled professional to live with who is respectful, clean and courteous.
