The house is located in quiet street, close to shops, parks and public transport. There is on road parking, small backyard and communal garden. Shared lounge/dining room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Fibre broadband, washer-dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, robot vacuum and all the usual mod cons.
You will be sharing the house with myself, live in landlord. I'm quiet, don't smoke or drink and like to keep myself to myself.
Ideally you will be respectful of the place and be able to clean as you go to keep the place tidy.
