Friendly terraced house

This is a sunny room on quiet street in a great location for everything in south Manchester. I am looking for a friendly housemate to share dinners with in the evenings and generally become mates with .I love to get bbc 6 music on the radio and catch up about our respective days over a beer whilst we cook. I am looking for a young professional who wants to become my mate as much as housemate!

Stormy the cat is included so if you're not a cat person best to avoid. There is actually a choice of rooms including the upstairs spare room and front room, both pictured. There is a wood burner for cosy winter evenings in and lots of space for your things!

The room is available now and I am looking for someone to move in ideally by the 1st of feb. If you think you'd be a good match get in touch with a bit about yourself and we can go from there.
