Double bedroom near city centre. Bills included

Looking for a long-term or short-term housemate. Young professionals welcome. Large victorian house with a 15 minute drive/bus ride in to the centre of town (bus stop is right outside the house with buses coming every 10 mins). 4 minute drive from Etihad stadium. Lots of local shops. Peaceful and quiet area.
Rent is to include council tax (band b), bills and broadband.
Room is very large with double bed, built in wardrobe, lots of storage and built in shelf space (which will be empty for when person moves in).
Have previously had a renter in the room who was a really good housemate but has now gone back to home country.
Looking for a friendly and clean professional to share the house with.
I’m a 29 year old doctor who is friendly and laid back. I’m a bit of an introvert but enjoy meeting new people and would like to be friends/friendly with new housemate. I work long hours and am away some weekends so you will have the whole house to yourself when I am away.

Unfortunately I unable to consider pets as there is already a senior cat (16f) living here and she can be quite skittish.
Happy to consider short term renters (<3 months) but rent would be slightly higher due to this - happy to discuss this with the right person.
