Double Room Available on Short-Lease in Withington

I am away for the summer on a research project, so happy to rent out my room. It is fairly spacious (nice big double bed and good mattress) with nice big windows overlooking the garden. The room has a desk in which you're welcome to keep my lamp and the other amenities if you're wanting to, but I don't have a chest of drawers for you.
The garden is lovely, facing away from the road, which is very quiet itself as we are at the bottom of the street.
You're welcome to come visit to see if this could suit you and to meet the other flatmates.
To note, another flatmate will be moving out in June for a research project, but a lovely Australian couple will be moving into her room!
Looking to let from the 15th May till the 1st of September (though this leaving date is potentially flexible depending on what works for you).
