Hello,

I have a beautiful room to rent in a nice quiet residential area in Monsall. The room has its own brand new 40 inch smart tv with alexa voice control. The bed is also brand new and the house has just been freshly painted with new carpets laid all through.
There are 1.5 bathrooms in the house, a shared upstairs bathroom and a separate WC with a sink downstairs. The house also has a large kitchen with two fridges as well as a huge back garden which would come in handy during the summer months:).
There is excellent transportation links to the property with many buses taking you to and from the city centre in 20 mins or less. There is also a tram station 5 mins walk from the property.

Important things to note.
- None of the rooms are ensuite
-The property currently has a prepayment meter but will be replaced with a credit meter next month- I'll keep it fully topped up in the meantime though.

-There is some damage to the fence in the back garden but this would be fixed in the coming weeks.
