I am moving out of this tenancy at the end of May and looking for a replacement for myself. Flat is spacious and modern with a great view of Manchester City from the 21st floor. My flatmate is a great guy very friendly and always up for socialising. The room comes furnished with an en-suite and rooms are separated by a living room so has maximum privacy as you can't hear one another. There is, an on-site gym, coffee shop, pet friendly and several other amenities too.

Rent is £814.50 (pcm) wifi included but excludes water and electricity bills.

Tenancy is set to expire in October but option to extend.

In a great location
- nearest station is Salford central 2min walk
- under 15min walk to St Peter’s square
- Tesco express right next door and a sainsburys local 5 min walk
