This is a triple ensuite on the 19th floor with a great view, five minutes walk to Spar tesco asda and Sainsbury's, 15min walk to Uom campus, 15min walk to city centre. The location is very good, with a large kitchen and living room, and a 24 hour front desk. The bill is included in the price of the room. Moreover, the best thing is it has air conditioner! The only student flat in Manchester which has air conditioner 😉
