Double room - Central location

About the Rooms & Flat:
A double is available for renting in a 3 bedroom flat located on the 4th floor of a 10-story building

The double room is equipped with a double bed, a large desk, a wardrobe, shelves and a dresser

Main bathroom: has a bathtub and you will be the main user

In the other bedroom, a friendly and tidy male professional (36 YO) mainly office based will be moving in on June 1st.

The third bed room is a spare room ideal for setting up a working space, hanging clothes to dry, hosting guests as it’s fitted with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed

Living room & kitchen area:
The living room has 2 sofas, one of them is recliner sofa (probably my favourite furniture of the flat) where you can chill out in front of the TV after a busy day!
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and all cutlery.
I have replaced in the last 2 years the washing machine, the oven and the electric heater (more energy efficient) so they are new and still under warranty.

About the flat location & neighbourhood:
The flat is located 5 min walk to spinningfields, 10 min walk to Deansgate and Market street. Within 2 min walk you’ll find 3 supermarkets, 1 butcher, 1 or 2 gyms and 3 restaurants.

About you: I’m looking for mature, tidy and clean individual that would preserve the flat and the furnitures. The room is available from May 8th.
