moving out of my accommodation and need someone to take it over for summer

1 flat mate has left so only sharing the bathroom with 2 others

Has a small double bed, shelves, drawers, wardrobe and under bed storage.
Shared kitchen, shower room, and toilet with 3 others.
There is paid parking beneath the building - permits can be provided by reception

The tenancy runs out 13th July 2024 but you can extend it till the 31st August 2024 once it’s in your name

Move in date can be discussed
