We have to let, a small but neat single room in a spacious, modern, comfortable 4 bedroom semi on a quite estate in New Moston, M40.
I am the landlord and occupy the downstairs extension
The first floor is currently occupied by 2 ladies sharing one bathroom.
Downstairs is spacious and clean with all usually facilities inc. your own fridge freezer
The garden is accessed trough a conservatories to the rear and there is parking outside the house.
Everyone in the house work either days or night and we would prefer a perspective applicant to be similar.
The room and house is ideally suited to a heath care professional or person in Education.
