The Platinum Studio is a large open-plan studio which includes a double bed, study desk and chair, wardrobe, shelving, en-suite and kitchen/lounge area. Approximately 30 square meters. The studio is on the 8 floor, which is the top floor of the flat.

The studio has up to 100 MB Wi-Fi, which is included in rent along with all other utility bills and contents insurance.

There is a gym and reception can handle express delivery. 24-hour security is very safe.

It takes 10 minutes to walk to the University of Manchester, 2 minutes to the Manchester Metropolitan University, 5 minutes to the into Manchester, 15 minutes to the city center, and 3 minutes to the Oxford Road station.

I have checked out. You can move into the studio after you sign the contract with the flat’s reception. The contract expires on August 31st.
