Looking for a female tenant to sublet my current ensuite room starting June 24 till August 16, 2024. It is a room in a 4-bed flat (ground floor) in Q3 Apartments.

Standard room comes furnished with a study space with desk and chair, plenty of storage, three-quarter bed and high speed broadband and wifi. You even have your own en suite for privacy and convenience. The shared kitchen comes with oven, hob and extractor fan as well as a microwave and fridge, all with a communal living area to relax and dine with friends.
Communal facilities, including a pool table, television and Xbox games console as well as an on-site laundry room and cycle storage are also available.

Rental prices are inclusive of all bills, TV license and contents insurance.

Rent: £145 pppw (way cheaper than the current price).
