The house is south facing, with a sun trap yard (9am-9pm sunshine time in the summer) and a lovely park 2 minutes walk away.
Bus stop to town is also a 2 min walk away, where every bus that goes past can get you to Manchester Shudehill (northern quarter) in 15 mins max. Cycling to town from the house is also very easy (one straight road 10 min cycle to heart of Norther Quarter).
Its a 3 bedroom, 3 story end terrace with plenty of parking.
It's a happy, easy going household where everyone enjoys communal downstairs spaces. We are very clean and tidy and look forward to making a new friend out of new housemate(s)
