Looking for a flatmate to takeover my current flatmate's tenancy in this spacious double en-suite room. The room is £850 pcm + bills (approx. £200 a month including council tax) and available from 2nd September for a 12-month tenancy. The room is furnished with a king sized bed, bedside tables, and extremely spacious built in wardrobe. The shared space (living room/kitchen) is also fully furnished and there is an additional shared storage cupboard in the hallway.

The flat is on the 15th floor and has lovely views of the city and greater Manchester. It is in a great location, situated next to a lovely green space and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre and northern quarter.

The building also has a 24 hour concierge, co-working space, shared outdoor terrace and on-site gym at no additional cost.

I am a 24 year old young professional who moved to Manchester 2 years ago for a graduate job and has been living and working here ever since. I like to cook, hosting for friends, trying new restaurants and going out for drinks. I am a clean and friendly flatmate so I'm looking for someone similar who is also clean, respectful and sociable.

Although the move in date is 2nd September, I am looking to find someone by 12th July so the letting agent can begin tenancy renewal.
