Double room in mixed shared large Longsight house

Friendly house share in a double bedroom in a large house in Longsight. There's currently 3 of us (2 boys one girl) living here aged 28-34 and are all professionals. We are all friends already so we like to chill together ie sometimes watch a film or go to the pub, but during the week we're very chilled and wholesome. We don't expect you to hang out with us but would be nice to have someone on the same vibe!
LOCATION
We're right next Daisy Bank Road in close proximity to the 192 bus stop (less than 5 min walk), close to a number of supermarkets (Lidl and Asda) with good transport links into Manchester and Stockport. The street is fairly quiet and is largely families.
THE ROOM
The room is a decent sized room on the middle floor of the house. It comes with a bed, a huge clothes rail, and the option of a dresser and a mirror if you'd like them (arranged through landlord who is lovely).
RENT AND BILLS
The rent is normally £475 pcm however it's currently £400 until September. Bills vary but are in the region of £90 a month for Gas, electric, water, WIFI, and council tax.
THE HOUSE
-- One large front room, one living room, shared kitchen, three showers (one being in an occupied en-suite), three loos, and a back yard --
We have a large middle room which is used currently used for people working from home and also as storage (we have plans to organise and spruce this up when the house is filled).

A bit about us:
Emilie is 30 and has been travelling for the past year. She works in Employment as an advisor and works mon-fri with 2 days from home. Likes yoga, socialising, electronic music, charity shopping, growing her plant collection, and is a vegetarian.
Luke is 34 and works from home most of the time for a non-profit with young people whilst also writing a novel. Likes festivals, travel, education, writing and spending time with friends.
Ben is 28 and works for United Utilities during the week, enjoying live music, festivals, watching football, exercising and socialising outside work.
