Large en-suite room in Anaconda Cut

Looking for someone to take over the en-suite room in the flat as my current flatmate is moving out as she’s bought her own place.

Spacious furnished double room with a lot of light, storage space and an en-suite bathroom. The flat itself is very modern and the apartment complex has a sky lounge, 24/7 concierge, free coffee machine and an on-site gym. Wifi is included in the rent cost.

The flat is in a great location- 15 minute walk to spinningfields, 10 minute walk into deansgate, 5 minute walk to Victoria station and there are a number of shops within 2/3 minute walk of the flat.

I am very easy going, clean and sociable and am looking for someone with a similar mindset. I am out the flat quite a lot but it would be nice to have someone that is keen to watch a movie/football when we are both in.
