I’m looking for a fun loving girlie to take over my flat mates tenancy, as she is moving to Wales for work!
The room has a double bed, MASSIVE wardrobe and bedside tables, I’ve attached a pic of it before and after we moved in to give you an idea of what you can do with the space! (Or what not to do lol) My room has an en-suite so the big bathroom would be entirely yours too!
The apartment is located right by Mackie Mayors in central Manchester so it is the perfect location for shopping, bars and restaurants around the city, it’s also a couple of minutes from Shudehill, Market Street and Piccadilly gardens so public transport is easily accessible too!
The flat currently has scaffolding up which is due to finish in October but because of this there is a rent discount from £650pcm to £600pcm, bills roughly come to £150pcm and it is council tax band C.
A bit about me! I’m a clean friendly person who loves to be out and about socialising and seeing friends! I’m looking for someone who I really get on with and that would enjoy spending time together! Like cooking together, watching films or going out together!
