Sadly I’m leaving my lovely flat in central Manchester as I have been offered a new job in London.
I’m now looking for someone to move in and take my place in the tenancy!
About the flat:
- The lease ends 16th October 2024, however, there will be an option to renew for another 12 months in October.
- £600p/m
- Move in date: mid-late August
- 5 minute walk to Norther Quarter, Ancoats and Victoria station
- Bills are roughly £150-200 on top of rent
- Fully furnished (but you may want to bring a desk as the one in the picture is mine)
- You’d have your own ensuite
- Deposit is £692.31
- Council tax Band D
You’d be living with my current flatmate Oonagh, who is lovely! She is looking for another girl who is also a friendly, easy going and respectful flatmate.
It’d be great if you’re looking to make a friend, rather than just be a flatmate!
