Room in ancoats flat

Hiiiii,

It's come to that time when my wonderful flatmate is moving in with her boyf. So, I'm seeking a living buddy.
I'm 26, a children's physio from Cheshire, v sporty/active, outdoorsy, social and friendly. Keen to find a similar person; super chill, wholesome homey vibes, clean (coz I'm a bit of a clean freak) and good vibes.
We currently have a pretty sweet deal here because we are key workers. I ideally would like to live with another key worker to keep the rent low and timetables similar as I work weekends and on-call shifts at night (once every 4 weeks ish).
Rent is based off salary for, so if you earn less than 35k - it'll =/<700 a month. If less, rent is less....woooooo
If not a key worker, its more but unsure how much because it's calculated with the landlords.

Bills are like <200 a month.. Council tax is half of that ha.. city living.

The bedroom includes:
- fitted wardrobe
- bed with storage underneath
- 2 bedside tables
- your own big bathroom with bath

No parking! Sorry!

Our communal space has all its furnishings already but we shall add our touch. On the 9th floor so some pretty decent views from the balcony and living room. Honestly - I love it here!!!
