My ideal flat mate would be another young professional who is tidy (we hoover/mop weekly), considerate and respectful around the house, conscientious of not making too much noise at unsociable hours, and is LGBT+ friendly. I'm a chill person who enjoys being social, but also values and understands the importance of having one's own space and privacy.
The Flat:
- 2 bed flat with 2 bathrooms; yours is the ensuite bedroom; a communal balcony.
- Toaster, Electric Cooker, Washing Machine, Small Fridge Freezer which took some adjusting but used to it now, Dishwasher; Broadband
- Bills (electric, council tax, water, internet) on top of rent fluctatuate across the year between £140-170 / month.
- Council Tax Band C (£162 / month = £81 each).
- Rent is £600 / month.
- Monthly total of rent and bills ~£760.
I'd prefer in person viewings to see if we vibe. Looking to find someone by mid August.
