About Me:
- Moved to Manchester from Sheffield almost 2 years ago. Grew up in London, but love the North
- Working professional
- Enjoy running, recently did the Manchester Marathon; spending time with close friends; trying new foods and activities
My ideal flat mate would be another young professional who is tidy (we hoover/mop weekly), considerate and respectful around the house, conscientious of not making too much noise at unsociable hours, and is LGBT+ friendly. I'm a chill person who enjoys being social, but also values and understands the importance of having one's own space and privacy.
The Flat:
- 2 bed flat with 2 bathrooms; an ensuite in the spare room; a balcony.
- Toaster, Electric Cooker, Washing Machine, Small Fridge Freezer which took some adjusting but used to it now, Dishwasher; Broadband
- Bills on top of rent fluctatuate across the year between £72-96.
- Council Tax Band C (£184 / month = £92 each).
- Monthly total of rent and bills ~£765.
I'd prefer in person viewings to see if we vibe. Looking to find someone by mid August.
