Ensuite double bedroom in New Islington

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a flatmate to move in to a lovely 2 bedroom flat in New Islington. It is in a prime location (2 minute walk from metrolink and 10 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station), has a huge balcony and a homely feel.

I would prefer flatmates who are up for becoming friends rather than ships passing in the night. It would be nice if you want to cook or hang out together! In my free time, I enjoy cooking, watching Netflix, getting outdoors and the occasional night out. I also enjoy having my own space and will respect yours too. Being LGBTQ friendly is a must :)

I am looking for a female flatmate to rent a double bedroom which has an ensuite shower/toilet. There is also a bigger main bathroom incase you want to have a bath. The flat is on the 3rd floor and has access by both lift and stairs.

The rent is £650 a month and then bills usually come to around £170 on top of that. The breakdown is roughly as follows:
Council tax: £78 (Band C)
Internet: £12
Water: £15
Electricity: £65

If you are a student, the council tax will have a reduction to 50% bringing bills to around £130!
