I'm moving down to London in October for work and I need someone to take over my tenancy from October.

Flat is a spacious 2 bedroom, with a balcony with city centre views. Regent Road Retail Park is 2 mins walk away with a big Sainsburys, Argos, JD Gym, Boots, TK Maxx, Home Bargains, Sporrs Direct and charity shops.
The bedroom is ensuite and is very spacious, I work from home and it's very comfortable to work in.
24/7 concierge too.
10 mins walk away from Deansgate and 15 mins walk away from the city centre. It's a great location with Cornbrook tram stop and Deansgate tram stop just 10 mins away.
Rent is split at 650 each with bills amounting to around 150 each.
Current flatmate is a young professional. He plays waterpolo and trains most evenings. He's easy going and I never had any issues with him regarding cleanliness or payments. He respects privacy but is always willing to go out for a drink or food.
