The bedroom has a double bed with storage underneath, a wardrobe with a chest of drawers, and bedside tables. Room comes all furnished.

Kitchen is enough for 2 people so shouldn’t be issues with storage space. Oven, dishwasher, and big fridge/freezer.

Inspired on postmodern design, the flat provides a warm and welcoming feeling to anyone living in it and ensures a sense of comfort and relaxation.

All bills included (including Council Tax). Rent is £950 per month. 1 month rent to be paid in advance, together with an £950 deposit. Not any hidden/extra fees.

This is a chill house and been kept very clean and tidy, so looking for someone that appreciates their space and is respectful about both the flat and the other housemate.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Mia, a 24 year old female that works in M&S and is a graduate in criminology. Her preference is for living with another female person who is clean, polite, accommodating and respectful. She is calm and likes being friendly and chatting, but doesn’t mind someone who likes to keep to themselves either. She works early on sat/sun, and late in the week atm so someone who is respectful on this and understanding is preferred. She’ll be as respectful and understanding of your situation too. The person moving in will need to be LGBT+ friendly.
