Hey! Im looking for a housemate to move into the spare room in the two bed house i'm currently renting , after some unforeseen circumstances. Ideally I would be looking for a gay or bi male as i am a gay man myself. Im 29 years old starting a PhD in October at Manchester Met. I enjoy going out, heading to the gym, and playing video games.
The property came unfurnished, so the spare room is completely unfurnished and would need to be furnished by yourself. However, all white goods and furniture shown in the pictures is welcome to be shared 🙂 The room will fit a double bed and small desk, however i'm more than happy to move the lounge around so that a desk can be placed downstairs if preferred.
The property is located in Salford/Cheetwood (M8 8YU) one mile from Victoria station and with regular busses nearby. Im looking for £550 per month (bills included but excluding council tax as i am a student (Band B)). Pictures attached below, any questions please message. Also happy to send videos 🙂
