I have just paid a holding deposit for a fifth floor, 2 bed apartment in the popular building of Anaconda Cut.
I was hoping to find someone who wanted to sign a contract together for the unit!

The move in date is October 14th, rent is £1475, but as I was hoping to take the room with the en suite I thought I could pay £750, and the other tenant £725. It would be a 12 month lease.

The deposit would be 5 weeks rent

The flat has a large shared living room and kitchen, with a wine cooler, storage space, which I am happy to let you have priority over, and two bathrooms, so we could have a bathroom each, for storage etc.

- I am pet friendly (although will need to let the agent know, it’s £50 a month for pets)
- I enjoying going to the gym, running, watching TV, having a glass of wine, eating/drinking out, cooking and baking.
- I’m creative and enjoy drawing, painting and crafts.
